The PJC men’s basketball team opened conference play at home against #2 Chipola losing 103-77 at home.
Julian Allen led the Pirates with 18 points and Clinton Kilbert chipped in 15 points but Chipola was just too much.
PJC trailed at half 42-35, but was never was able to come back to take the lead. The second half saw PJC come out with the momentum early but the athleticism of Chipola overtook PJC and the Indians started to pull away and never looked back.
