The annual PJC Volunteer Fair will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 1, and is open to anyone wanting to lend a hand. The fair is scheduled to take place on the front lawn of the Student Center, Bldg. 5, on the Pensacola campus. Enjoy complementary food, music and giveaways while you gather information. In the event of rain, the fair will move inside the Student Center.
The PJC Volunteer Fair brings more than 20 community agencies to the college to showcase volunteer opportunities and missions of non-profit community-service organizations.
Participating agencies include Guardian Ad Litem, Volunteer Escambia, American Red Cross, Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Northwest Florida and Manna Food Bank.
