The arbitration hearing for former Pensacola State College Employee, Robert Michael Ardis, was held last week from Aug. 29-31 at the Pensacola campus. Ardis was suspended without pay in December, 2010 year amid allegations that he presented the college with a degree from a non-accredited institution that he claimed to have earned while on paid sabbatical. Ardis’ employment to Pensacola State College was officially terminated on January 18. The arbitrator’s decision will be announced no later than November 14. The Corsair will have more on this story.
