Registration is set to kick off on April 26 and a new session in addition to the previous three sessions that are usually  offered will be made available.

Session C, the new session, will run from June 1- July 26.

Fees must be paid for sessions A, B, and C on May 7 and scheduling must be finalized by this date. No registration or schedule adjustments will be processed on May 7. Registration will resume on May 8 for any adjustments and payments prior to May 10 (the first day of classes for Sessions A and B). Registrations processed on or after May 10 for Session C classes must be paid on the day of registration.

Fees for Session D must be paid by June 17. All schedules must be finalized by this date. No registration or schedule adjustments will be processed on June 17.

The schedule booklet for the summer will be available on April 19 and will reflect the new scheduling concept of having four sessions instead of three as in previous years.

Session C is the new addition to the normal summer schedule and will run from June 1 to July 26.

The booklet, which will be made available at registration offices on all campuses, will list all summer classes with session indicators.

Web registration for students who have taken any credited class within the four terms prior to the term of graduation and has 30 or more earned credits will begin April 26. WEB registration will open to all students on April 27.

Martha Caughey, admissions/registration coordinator, advises students to make arrangements now for any financial assistance they may need in the summer.

Fees for the summer sessions are due by specified dates and no registration or schedule adjustments will be permitted on those fee payment dates.  Students can access personal records at www.pjc.edu and verify the accuracy of schedules and check payment status before the deadline.  Schedules that are not finalized by the payment deadline (fees paid by cash, check, credit card, or financial aid) will be cancelled.

When registration opens on April 26, students will also be able to select fall term classes.  Many departments have already established a preliminary schedule of fall term offerings.
