The Corsair is the top community college newspaper in Florida for the fourth straight year. The Pensacola Junior College student newspaper collected 34 points and placed first in seven categories, with four second place awards and two third place awards to win the General Excellence honor.

Sean Drain and Jennifer Rich-Neal were awarded the inner circle of excellence by placing in at least three categories.
