Our View

t is the duty of the press to call the people’s attention to acts of oppression and repression wherever they are to be found, with the hope that bringing said acts to light will inspire the people to unite and support the parties oppressed.  The press is for the people, by the people, and we at The Corsair are no different.  It is for this reason, our strong compulsion to do the work of the good and just, that we implore you, the reader, to recall the abominable ethics depicted in the movie City Slickers.

Remember in the movie when they had Billy Crystal deliver a baby calf?  WHY?  He’s on vacation!  When you’re in a tranquil desert setting with your three closest friends, trying to clear your head of the rat race of big city life, you shouldn’t be MADE to do anything, much less assist in BIRTHING VEAL.  Friends, this cannot stand.  We must each one of us write the U.N. and… wait, hold on a sec…
