The Jazz Soceity of Pensacola will be hosting a Jazz Gumbo at Phineas Phogg’s in Seville Quarter Oct. 16 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The doors open at 6 p.m.
Popular singer Kitt Lough will entertain with keyboardist David Shelander and other musicians forming a mini-big band. Kitt performed in both the 2005 and 2006 Jazz-Fests.
The cost is $7 for members and $10 for non-members. Admission includes a cup of gumbo. Admission is free for military in uniform with a $2 charge for a cup of gumbo.
