Q: What do you teach?
A: Mathematics

Q: How long have you been a teacher?
A: 32 years

Q: What job did you want to have when you were little?
A: I wanted to be a ballerina but then I decided that being an angel would be a
good career choice.

Q: What was your first job?
A: I had a summer job as a teacher’s assistant for a head start program. My first job as a teacher was at an inner city school in Philadelphia.

Q: Where were you born?
A: Philadelphia

Q: What was your major in college?
A: Mathematics-education

Q: Where do you want to retire?
A: Some place without hurricanes but near my children and grandchildren.

Q: Describe any hobbies that you have.
A: Tennis

Q: Do you know a second language?
A: I know bits and pieces of high school French and German. I speak fluent conversational toddler.  I want to learn American Sign Language.

Q: What did you have for breakfast?
A: Tea and a banana

Q: Describe your dream vacation.
A: A place where I could have outdoor activities like biking, walking, tennis, and hiking mixed with places to explore for historical content, places to shop, a beach, and great restaurants.

Q: If you could be any cartoon character who would you be?
A: Bugs bunny

Q: What was the last concert you attended?
A: Philadelphia Folk Festival

Q: Who is the most famous person you have met?
A: James Earl Jones

Q: What is your favorite sports team?
A: I don’t much care.

Q: What was your favorite childhood television show?
A: The monkees

Q: What is your favorite music?
A: Folk

Q: What’s your favorite quote?
A: “A variable by any other name would smell as sweet.”

Q: Who would play you in a movie about your life?
A: Meryl Streep

A: Probably “aaaaaaahhhhhhhhh”
