Some of our staff were asked what their favorite places to get food were here in Pensacola. Here are some of their answers.
Arren Joseph-White, Editor-In-Chief: Taste of Jerusalem
Located at 2805 W Cervantes St., Taste of Jerusalem is known for its Middle Eastern cuisine. The deli-style eatery has an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. They also have a grocery section, where you can find Mediterranean goods that are one of a kind. Some of the most notable things on their menu are the hummus and kebabs.

A local joint that is located at 1010 N 12th Ave in Suite 111. Their cozy and inviting energy mixed with the delicious food makes for a fantastic experience. The variety of drinks and entrees make for a different experience every time. Their most interesting dishes are elk tartare, the hot honey chicken sandwich, and the espresso martini.

Pensacola is famous for its seafood, and The Oar House is no exception. Fresh seafood, scenic views, and live music make it the perfect place for lunch or dinner. Overall atmosphere makes for a friendly environment, perfect for more casual gatherings. The Oar House is located at 1000 S Pace Blvd, overlooking the Bahia Mar Marina.

Located at 140 S Jefferson St downtown, this family-owned convenience store is known for its variety of ice creams. But they also have a menu of savory lunches like salads and sandwiches. The friendly service and family atmosphere makes it a great place to bring kids after school or a great place to swing by for a quick sweet treat.

Sake Café is a casual sushi diner with a variety of Japanese food. Their weekly specials make each visit different, and their happy hours make for a lively experience for a low price. They also have hibachi, making for an interactive time while you enjoy food. Sake Café is located at 4880 N 9th Ave.
