Do you remember that couple in high school? The one that just was meant to be together, the cheerleader and the jock? Angelica iPod and Tony Blackberry are that couple, even after high school. Every girl wants to be iPod; she is the ‘it’ girl. Blackberry is the typical hard working hyper-masculine man who every guy wants to be and every girl wants to be with. They have been dating for five years and have been engaged for one.
Unfortunately, sources say that this “match made in heaven” is heading for stormy waters. iPod believes that she is the top of her chain, even better than her male counter-part Blackberry. “I can do everything better than him, and come on I can listen to over 1000 songs without stopping!” iPod said, after being tracked down by reporters at a local bistro.
After hearing of this news, Blackberry made a statement to the press, “iPod is having some trouble coping right now, getting wedding plans done and other such activities, she was obviously not thinking clearly. I am the man and I am definitely more technologically advanced than she.”
The couple’s publicist is stating “no comment” on this slight brawl between the power couple. Will there be a wedding after all?
Who will win this horrific battle of the mechanical devices? On a one-to-one interview with iPod herself, she said “I love him, I really do, but he just has to let go of his ego, I have so many more accessories then he does and you can hook me up to speakers!” She paused to take a sip of her caramel frappuccino. “Living with me is like being at a party all the time, I’m fun and he’s all about the business and government.”
Recently, charges against a Canadian company, who employs Blackberry, accused him of inadequate copyright information; these charges were dropped after Canada paid $600 million for Blackberry to keep his mouth shut about the situation.
Little iPod, on the other hand, is a different story. She has been seen flirting with Spanish pop sensation, Armando Sidekick II, who is currently touring the U.S. for the first time promoting his new album, “I’m a Technological Boy,” out in stores now. Is this a sneaky love affair? Would this be the end of America’s high-tech sweethearts?
“Angelica iPod and Tony Blackberry are still going strong,” iPod’s mother said while on a cruise in the Bahamas. “They are young, and testing each other.” Obviously Mrs. iPod’s opinion of ‘going strong’ is bickering back and forth on national television. Honestly, hasn’t America had enough of iPods constant boasting of how she is better than Blackberry, even going as far as saying that every girl wants to be her, during an interview for Telecommunication Network Magazine, “The world revolves around me, that’s why every girl wants to be me and I get anything I want.”
From flirting with male Spanish heartthrobs to taking over the corporate world, iPod and Blackberry seem to have more on their minds then a wedding. Who will take over the world? iPod with constant flaunting of her abilities, or Blackberry cooperating with the government and guiding them into the next generation of technology? As usual, the Corsair is here to keep you as up-to-date as possible on the current status of iPod and Blackberry.
